At Salon we are about helping members invest in their own personal and professional growth as well as supporting and elevating our community. We want our membership to feel confident in their rightful place at the table and be vocal about their point of view and ultimately effect change for the greater good. To that end, we have been assembling a team of coaches, curated with you in mind.

During your new member onboarding appointment, please tell us about your membership goals, and we are committed to helping you reach them! The coaching team is composed of experts in their field from executive coaching to health and wellness, spiritual, financial and career coaching.

As a leader in the field of professional sports entertainment for over 19 years, working for teams in both the NBA and NFL, Ashley has had the unique opportunity to coach hundreds of young adults during an especially important time in their lives. As their leader, she made it her mission to not only elevate their performance quality but also develop poised, healthy, happy and well-rounded individuals off stage, so they could use their experience to achieve success in their personal and professional lives as well. Due to her love for inspiring/mentoring, her own personal & spiritual transformation journey, and her passion for mental health & wellness, Ashley spent several years building her coaching skillset, and Soul Werk Coaching was born. As a life & wellness coach, she is committed to helping her clients reach their highest potential by providing loving support, encouragement and accountability. Clients are guided through mindset work, habit change, spiritual development and perspective shifting to overcome limiting beliefs.

Her coaching sessions are intended to not only be enlightening and powerful, but light, enjoyable and even fun. Ashley’s goal is to help all compatible clients get clear on who they really are and what they really want so they can fully share their unique gifts & talents with the world and ultimately love the life they live.

JENNIFER JEANSONNE

Jennifer is an independent recruiter operating JAJ Recruiting Consulting where she brings cost and time-saving talent acquisition solutions to businesses of all sizes, with a special passion for young businesses. She works to connect internal systems and processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and performance management to find the best hire to complete your team. Prior to becoming a solo practitioner, she spent 7 years as an in-house recruiter as Area Leader of Recruiting for Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers and Senior Recruiter for Kasa Living. She has dedicated her entire career to being intimately involved in the full lifecycle of the employee and has enjoyed working in a variety of industries including hospitality, tech, non-profits, education and healthcare.

Jennifer also works with job seekers of all types, offering one on one consulting advice on topics including resume/LinkedIn updates, interview training and preparation, LinkedIn networking and overall job search strategy, job fit and role consideration, offer negotiations, and anything else that you might need help with in the job search process. This is perfect for the experienced professional, someone looking for a career change, or recent graduates about to embark on their professional journey.

On a personal level, Jennifer enjoys exploring City Park and her Bayou St. John neighborhood with her Labrador Retriever, Clotilde, cheering on the Ole Miss Rebels and New Orleans Saints, attending every day of Jazz Fest each year, moving her body as much as possible through biking, tennis, yoga, and running and jumping in to help her community when she can. She is a Junior League of New Orleans sustainer, USTA Adult Mixed Doubles Local League Coordinator, Secretary of the New Orleans Phi Mu Alumnae Association, a member of the Tulane Phi Mu House Corps, and regularly serves on various fundraising event committees.


CANDACE SCHRAG

Director of Operations, Landry Training

Candace is a Delaware native that transplanted to New Orleans in 2012. She currently serves as the Director of Operations with Landry Training and has over 10 years’ experience as an accomplished trainer with a strong Executive Leadership and Team Development background. She has held various roles within non-profit management including Executive Director with the YMCA of Greater New Orleans.

With a passionate focus on discovery and development, specifically leadership elevation and team dynamics, Candace’s work with clients is heavily guided in personality psychology and research based techniques that encourage professionals and teams to unlock their Potential.
